Welcome to the many depths of my soul
Here you will find what I cannot control
My demons took over this place long ago
They brought in darkness that left a hole
A hole in my heart
A hole in my soul
These demons left a hole in everything that I know
Temptation and pain
They take me away
They bring me to a place where I have found comfort in disarray
But the agony has started to take its toll
I will battle and fight to make myself whole
My demons will be in control no more
Happiness is knocking on my door
Although I have ignored it many times before
This time I will allow myself to explore
The depths of my brilliance
And not what makes my psyche sore
For I deserve so much more.
